Hi, I’m Gemma!

I’m a keen hiker, climber, kayaker and nature lover. I’ve been in the fitness industry for a few years now, working out of Hockley Gym since 2020. Since then, I’ve helped many men and women not only transform their bodies but also their mindset towards exercise, diet and lifestyle.

I live with epilepsy and have been using exercise as a way to control my seizures and the anxiety that comes with it.

My goal as a trainer is to create healthy relationships between people, the food they consume and how they move their bodies. I’m not a traditional PT, I’d love to work with your to completely adapt your mindset and attitude towards yourself and show you how you can treat your body with respect and kindness.
